During exercise the body temperature, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.heart.org\/en\/health-topics\/high-blood-pressure\/understanding-blood-pressure-readings\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">blood pressure<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.heart.org\/en\/healthy-living\/fitness\/fitness-basics\/target-heart-rates\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">heart rate<\/a> all increase. This helps the recovery process and can help prevent injuries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For high-intensity work-outs, stretching can be used during cooling down to help improve flexibility by increasing the range of motion of your boxy. But equally important is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.befinallyfit.com\/weight-loss\/how-much-water-should-you-drink-each-day\/\">hydrating<\/a> after a workout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We have prepared an easy cool-down routine for low-effort exercises, and an intermediate cool-down routine for when your exercise was more intense.
