Your elbow and knee should end up close together, and point up, not forward.<\/li>\n<li>Hold for about 1 second and then return to Semi Side Star position.<\/li>\n<li>Switch sides.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Progression:<\/strong><\/span> Perform the exercise 10 times on one side. Then switch and do the same on the other side. Increase the repeats on each side if you can.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Variation:<\/strong><\/span> Too hard? Start with the arm only, then the leg only, and finally do both.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Goal:<\/strong><\/span> Do a Side Star Crunch for up to 15 times on each side.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Challenge:<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nSide Star Crunch (one side) 5x.<br \/>\nGo to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.befinallyfit.com\/weight-loss\/high-plank\/\">High Plank<\/a> and do a push-up.<br \/>\nSide Star Crunch on the other side 5x.<br \/>\nThis is one set.
