Put the foot of your left leg forward on the ground as far as you can (the goal is next to your hands).<\/li>\n<li>Try to keep your right leg and back as straight as possible.<\/li>\n<li>Next, move your left foot back to the starting position (the High Plank).<\/li>\n<li>Switch sides.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Progression:<\/strong><\/span> Perform the Lunge &amp; Plank exercise 10 times on each side, alternating sides.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Variation:<\/strong><\/span> Too hard? Limit the forward movement of your foot.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Challenge:<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nStart in High Plank position.<br \/>\nLunge &amp; Plank (one side).<br \/>\nBack to High Plank position.<br \/>\nPerform a Push-Up.<br \/>\nLunge &amp; Plank (the other side).<br \/>\nThis is one set.
