To add a level of difficulty, you can use a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Bosu-Balance-Trainer-65cm-Blue\/dp\/B00AQ4F19K\/ref=sr_1_2?keywords=bosu+ball&amp;qid=1653310189&amp;sprefix=bosu%252Caps%252C184&amp;sr=8-2&amp;_encoding=UTF8&amp;tag=pcauth-20&amp;linkCode=ur2&amp;linkId=6e6cb040327f92fdf2f351d0b26a4ab4&amp;camp=1789&amp;creative=9325\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener sponsored\">BOSU Balance Trainer<\/a>. The BOSU is used upside down as mentioned in the first paragraph. If needed, spread your legs a little to position your feet a little apart for more stability.<\/li><li>Move your hand to the outer side of the BOSU for maximum grip and control.<\/li><li>Slowly lower your upper body, bringing your chest closer to the BOSU.<\/li><li>Move as low as you can without touching the BOSU and loosing control.<\/li><li>Now slowly push yourself back up into the high plank pose.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Progression:<\/strong>\u00a0Perform the Push Up on BOSU 10 times in one sequence. Move slower to make the exercise more difficult.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Variation:<\/strong>\u00a0Too difficult? Start by keeping your knees on the floor to get familiar with the exercise and increase your abilities.
