And as the pounds piled on, I was just too heavy to do any physical activity and too embarrassed to go to the gym.<\/p>\n<p>The only thing that remotely interested me was yoga because I liked the &#8216;quietness&#8217; and peace I&#8217;ve always associated with it. Sometimes, I&#8217;ll visit health and wellness sites. When I grocery shop, I just ask myself &#8216;<em>where does this come from?<\/em>&#8216;. If it&#8217;s in any way man-made or processed, I don&#8217;t buy it.
