Pull the knees in right, left, right, left\u2014always switching simultaneously as if you&#8217;re \u201crunning\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Progression:<\/strong><\/span> Mountain climb for 30 secs straight.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Variation:<\/strong><\/span> Too hard? Don&#8217;t increase your speed just yet. Instead of &#8216;running&#8217;, think of the movements as &#8216;marching&#8217;. That is&#8230; right knee up, bring it back, left knee up, bring it back, and so on.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Challenge:<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nMountain climb for 30 secs.<br \/>\nRest 10 secs.<br \/>\nThis is one set.
