Perform the Lateral Arm Raise (both sides), and then rest by lowering your knees to the ground while in the starting position (High Plank).<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Goal:<\/strong><\/span> Lateral Arm Raise 10x (each side) without resting.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Challenge:<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nLateral Arm Raise Plank 1x.<br \/>\nHigh Plank and do a push-up 1x.<br \/>\nThis is one set.
