Skip using a step-up or footrest. Make a regular <a href=\"https:\/\/www.befinallyfit.com\/weight-loss\/high-plank\/\">High Plank<\/a> and then move around on your hands.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Goal:<\/strong><\/span> Complete a full circle.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Challenge:<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nWalk around the world in one direction.<br \/>\nPause for 10 seconds.<br \/>\nWalk around the world in the opposite direction.<br \/>\nPause for 10 seconds.<br \/>\nRepeat until you have made 3 circles in each direction.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Move Around The World in a high plank position.
