Rest for 5 seconds and repeat two more times.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Variation:<\/strong><\/span> Too hard? Start with only lifting your leg, not moving it outwards.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Goal:<\/strong><\/span> Hanging leg raise on each side for 10 seconds without resting.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Challenge:<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nHanging leg raise right leg.<br \/>\nGo to Forearm Plank.<br \/>\nMove into a High Plank.<br \/>\nMove back into a Forearm Plank.<br \/>\nHanging leg raise left leg.<br \/>\nThis is one set.
