Keep your feet apart, so you have more balance when rotating. Even easier, lower the bottom knee when you rotate, so it supports you from the ground up.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Challenge:<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nT-Plank on one side.<br \/>\nThread-through on the same side.<br \/>\nMove to High Plank position.<br \/>\nT-Plank on the other side.<br \/>\nThread-through on that side.<br \/>\nBack to High Plank position.<br \/>\nThis is one set.
